Arrive in Paris – The City of Light. Meet your Tour Leader and fellow travellers in the city's vibrant heart. Share stories over sumptuous French fare at a local bistro. Bon appetit!

Depart Paris and head to Reims. Walk past the splendid Gothic façade of Reims Cathedral – the historic site of royal coronations with links to Joan of Arc. Visit a family-owned Champagne winery for a masterclass in grape cultivation and a tasting of three champagnes. Continue to Troyes, the unofficial capital of Champagne, filled with medieval timber-framed buildings and narrow lantern-lit lanes. Dinner at leisure with a glass of bubbles.

Enjoy a guided walking tour of Troyes with your Tour Leader, taking in key sights like the incredibly narrow Cats Alley. Visit Cité Du Vitrail, a museum celebrating Troyes' heritage of intricate stained glass windows. Free time to wander the town and browse local boulangeries for treats like brioche au Chaource. Dinner at leisure in one of the town's cosy cafes or intimate bistros.

Travel to the vineyards of Chablis in northern Burgundy. Visit a family-run estate producing organic wines and savour six during a guided tasting. Continue to medieval Beaune – your base for the next few days.
