^Bupa and World360 Rewards Offer Terms and Conditions 

1. World360 Rewards offer: 
2. All Eligible Customers will receive up to 100,000 World360 Rewards points which will appear in their World360 Rewards account within 45 days of all eligibility criteria being met. The number of World360 Rewards points you are entitled to is dependent on the value of your first year’s premiums for the Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy you hold at the date of meeting all eligibility criteria and paying 90 days of premiums by direct debit (90 days does not include any free cover periods) (value of first year’s premiums includes any applicable Age Based Discount, Lifetime Health Cover loading or Australian Government rebates). The amount of World360 Rewards points offered under this promotion is subject to change, at the discretion of FCTG Leisure Pty Ltd.

6. Eligible Customer 
7. You are an Eligible Customer if you: 
8. a) have not held domestic Bupa health insurance within the last 60 days of your join date;
9. b) are an Australian resident over the age of 18;
10. c) take out an Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy between 25/11/2025 and 31/10/2026 and commence your policy by 30/11/2026;
11. d) pay and maintain 90 days of your health insurance premiums by direct debit (90 days does not include any free cover periods);
12. e) provide a valid email address; and
13. f) provide your registered World360 Rewards member number to Bupa on sign up. Only your one valid World360 Rewards number can be linked to one Bupa policy. (Multiple Bupa policies cannot be linked to the same World360 Rewards number). 
     
15. Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy 
17. An Eligible Health Insurance Policy is any standalone domestic Hospital or Extras product or combined domestic Hospital & Extras product or packaged product issued by Bupa and excludes: 
18. a) Ambulance only products; and
19. b) Short Stay Visitors Products, Overseas Visitors Products, Overseas Student Health Products.

22. a) Yearly limits, waiting periods, benefit claiming restrictions, policy and fund rules apply.
23. b) The World360 Rewards Offer is not available with any other Bupa promotional join offer provided by Bupa. 
24. c) If you do not satisfy these terms and conditions before becoming entitled to the World360 Rewards Offer then Bupa and/or World360 Rewards may elect, acting reasonably, not to award you with the World360 Rewards Offer. If Bupa and/or World360 Rewards discovers that you did not satisfy any of these terms and conditions after the World360 Rewards Offer has been awarded, then Bupa and/or World360 Rewards may decide, acting reasonably, to remove the World360 Rewards Offer.
25. d) Bupa and/or World360 Rewards reserves the right to end, change or extend this World360 Rewards Offer at any time.
26. e) Bupa and/or World 360 Rewards is not liable for any loss or damage suffered because of this promotion (except that which cannot be excluded by law).
27. f) The World360 Rewards Offer is available only if you join through Bupa direct channels and is not available if you join through a price comparator.
28. g) The Offer is not available to any customers attached to a Bupa corporate group including employees [or contractors] of Bupa, or any other Bupa Group company.
29. h) You acknowledge that Bupa will share some of your personal information with World360 Rewards for the purpose of providing you with the World360 Rewards Offer. World360 Rewards handle your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Notice. Bupa handles your personal information in accordance with its Information Handling Policy.
30. i) The World360 Rewards Offer is subject to the World360 Rewards Terms.
