Your points will land in your account after 75 days from your date of purchase.
Points are added to your account once your purchase has been confirmed by JB Hi-Fi and processed through our system. This includes time for payment verification, returns and cancellations to clear, and final approval from JB Hi-Fi.
You will not earn points for returns or purchases of freight, JB Hi-Fi gift cards, extended warranties, care / insurance products, installation, connection / setup services, repairs / tech support services, or Telstra products / services.
If you have entered the wrong membership number or you’re not seeing your points in your World360 Rewards account after 75 days, please visit our Help Centre for more information or to submit a missing points claim.
No, an ABN is not required. You only need to be a World360 Rewards member to access member-only pricing through the JB Hi-Fi Business portal. Launch the portal via the "Shop now" button and add your World360 Rewards membership number at checkout.
We won’t allocate points, and we can reverse any points allocation, for any transaction which has been cancelled, refunded or where products or services are returned or aren’t supplied.
^Terms for JB Hi-Fi Business portal accessed via World360 Reward
a) Standard points earn offer: 2 World360 Rewards points per dollar spent in JB Hi-Fi Business via the World360 Rewards ‘Shop now’ link.
b) Bonus points: Bonus World Rewards points may be issued from time to time, subject to the offer terms during the promotional period.
c) Eligibility: You must be a current World360 Rewards member and enter your World360 Rewards membership number when you make your purchase.
d) Product availability / gift card use: Products must be available for sale and/or in stock at the time of purchase. You cannot use JB Hi-Fi Gift cards to purchase goods via the JB HI-FI business portal.
e) Exclusions: You will not earn points when you purchase freight, company gift cards, JB Hi-Fi Business Gift Cards, extended warranties, care products and insurance products, services of the nature of installation, connection, setup, repair, support and related services; products and services supplied by Telstra; products that have been returned (for whatever reason). No points will be accrued on goods and services taxes (GST) in the course of purchase.
f) Points issuance: Points earned will be issued 75 days after you make your purchase. If an eligible purchase is cancelled or refunded, World360 Rewards reserves the right to reverse any points earned on that purchase.
g) Points earned are subject to the World360 Rewards Terms.
h) Points are rounded down to the nearest whole number if the transaction is not a whole dollar amount.
